What is Good
Phuket International Airport has a lot of space (chair, benches) when you are wating for your airline.
What is bad
Because Phuket International Airport is a typical touristdestination there will at times be crowded like hell. I waited (after check-in and security) over one hour to get through passport control with a baby on my arm. This is not acceptable. And it was hot also.
